What to expect from Sadie’s Song

The easy thing to expect, given its preview, is that Sadie’s Song will be about Steven helping boost Sadie’s confidence to perform at Beachapalooza. She certainly displayed some element of stage fright when she realized Steven was watching her sing, at least.

Even if that route is taken, though, where they go with it from there is anyone’s guess. Will this be another episode that touches on Sadie’s relationship with Lars? It would be great to get a Sadie episode that didn’t involve Lars, but will we?

Maybe, just maybe, Steven could fuse with Sadie. This is a long shot, since Stevonnie is a symbol of Steven’s excellent relationship with Connie, so they’d probably only go down that road if they wanted to take Steven’s friends-with-everyone trait to the next level. A fusion is, however, proven to be the best possible ending to a performance, so keep that in mind. 😉

We doubt Sadie will have to defend her title as deadliest pure-blooded human in Beach City by taking down another Gem monster, but if she had to (got to?) we wouldn’t complain.

    Stavie? That’d be so cool! I mean I highly doubt that will happen but if it does I will be thoroughly impressed.

    I’d love to see a cluster monster wreck the performance and her slay it with the microphone stand! That’d be great.

    I dont know about fusion. Maybe in the future, Steven somehow passes magical powers to a human, Making them have the ability to fuse. Sadie and Lars fusion would be the result of that. But I think that only Connie will be the one and only human Steven fuses with.

      I think Steven could fuse with his dad.
      The result would be a more optimistic bubbly version of Greg with Curly Hair.

      And then he picks up a microphone, goes up to Pearl, and drops it.

    I do not think we will get stavie. I don’t even know if I want stavie… but I would LOVE Sadsper. (jasper+sadie) I feel like this episode is just going to be about steven working up sadies confidence nothing more, nothing less.

      Yeah, as fun as Stavie would be I think it’s a long shot. Still, we should dare to dream.

      I also really want that Steven-Jasper fusion.

    Amazingly the song Sadie was singing along with could be an actual pop hit.
