It’s an episode about the past, so of course we’ll be talking about future vision (that big question that we’ll probably never be able to answer). Also, we yet again get a question about what might happen to Steven.
This is, of course, speculation, so we have no answers for you. There are also some questions which are best left unanswered.
Well first off, we learned that Greg wasn’t kidding in Steven’s Birthday when he said that the Crystal Gems didn’t know much about babies. Other than that, this episode had a bit of information for us without dropping any huge bombshells. Let’s see what’s inside.
This episode was a bonanza for the timeline, giving us a pretty tight age range for a lot of characters (mostly confirming old guesses). We also got another good look at the Crystal Gems’ reactions to the loss of Rose, though there’s not as much new information in that.
We also award ourselves no points for predicting the sad Pearl.
Better late than never: Cartoon Network has posted a preview for Three Gems and a Baby on YouTube. Looking good! Don’t forget to watch the episode tonight at 7:30 PM EST.
Customers of Sling TV will find a new option when viewing Cartoon Network: episodes of a whole lot of shows are now available to watch at any time. These episodes should rotate around roughly every week; currently ten Steven Universe episodes are available for viewing on demand:

GC13 is here to give thanks for the best parts of Steven Universe: Tiger Millionaire, and some memorable lines from the show.
Of course there’s a lot more to love than just that (GC13 is prepared if Sugilite ever asks him if he likes anything): not only is Tiger Millionaire a great episode, it can even lead to you learning about wrestlers from the nineties.
Then, of course, there’s the lore we’ve gotten since Ocean Gem, which could have been the end of the series if Cartoon Network hadn’t liked it (perish the thought).
There’s more to love about Steven Universe than any of us could have brought up in any podcast episode, so please do let us know what about the show you’re thankful for in the comments below!

Aivi and Surasshu have posted a second track from Gem Harvest. You can listen to No Gem Wars at the Table (1:54) whether you’re a Homeworld Gem or not. Please don’t colonize the Earth though: it has corn on it.
