We haven’t seen Steven or Connie drink water (or any other liquid) or eat the whole time they have been on Homeworld until they are imprisoned. How are they surviving there?

If you’ve seen Escapism you’ve seen that they came prepared, but I’d hope that the Gems were able to get some organic feed together for them. For the most part though I think it’s a question we’re not meant to ponder.
